Like anything worthwhile in life. You get what you put in. Those that are driven and committed will reap the results of their hard work. This includes efforts at practice as well as time invested in off-skate cross training.

Roller Derby is in the midst of obtaining “Sport” recognition. Which means that for now we don’t get any assistance from sports associations. Most skaters hold chair positions in order to run the league. We make things happen with the help of our sponsors and volunteers. Be ready to pitch in and help out with the league!
